Sabrina Ding, Principal Lawyer
Sabrina is the owner and principal lawyer of Varity Law, a business boutique law firm specializing in Real Estate/Mortgage Law – Wills/Estates Law, and Business Law (Corporate/Commercial) – Business Immigration.
Being an immigrant and a child of an entrepreneurial family, Sabrina had many friends and colleagues who suffered financial and emotional damage due to a lack of legal knowledge. Essentially, you don’t know what you don’t know, and it’s what you don’t that often bring about many people’s losses. Sabrina have seen too many cases like those throughout her career and knows it does not have to be this way.
To address and prevent those concerns, Sabrina started Varity Law. “Varity” is a coined word from “Verity”, as the law firm is committed to providing honest legal services and tend not to cut corners.
Sabrina is armed with an Honours Bachelor Degree in International Economics & Politics from University of Toronto, and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She has worked at a downtown law firm, worked in-house at a private mortgage company, and volunteered extensively in the small business arena. Sabrina regularly stay updated with the emerging legal issues in business law to address her clients’ changing and evolving concerns.
On her off time, Sabrina is a fitness enthusiast, lover of suburban family life, and a total geek.
