• Required Work Experience: 2 years of Real Estate Law and Immigration Law experience
• Preferred Work Experience: 2 years of Business Law and Wills Law experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, though preferably in business-related field
• Required: Written & oral fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Software proficiency in Lawyer Done Deal, Stewart Title Insurance, Clio, Google Products, Wechat, and Linked In
• Excellent written & oral communication skills required
• Excellent client service skills required
• Detail-oriented required
• Ability to follow instructions required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
• Interest in continual learning and career advancement

This is a full-time and permanent position. 

What you’d be expected to do:

• Conduct intake for potential and existing clients – book consultations and appointments for lawyers;
• Perform law clerk duties in the areas of Real Estate Law and Wills & Estates Law; and Business Law and Business Immigration;
• Maintain proper records of client communications and case progress;
• Any other law clerk and administrative duties assigned by the lawyers.
