• Licensed lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario;
• Required Work Experience: 2 years of Real Estate Law and Immigration Law experience
• Preferred Work Experience: 2 years of Business Law and Wills Law experience
• Language: English mandatory, Mandarin & Cantonese Preferred
• Software proficiency in Lawyer Done Deal, Stewart Title Insurance, Clio, Google Products, Wechat, and Linked In
• Excellent written & oral communication skills required
• Excellent client service skills required
• Detail-oriented required
• Outstanding leadership and team-work skills required;
• Outstanding problem-solving skills required.

• Under the guidance of the Managing Partner, independently complete cases in real estate & wills and estates law; and business law & business immigration;
• Delegate and supervise the work of law clerks;
• Complete Teraview real estate registrations and immigration submissions on MyCIC and on various province online portals (e.g. OINP portal);
• Prepare Estate Courts and Immigration Tribunals submission documents, and attend Courts when necessary;
• Ensure accurate and complete file organization & record keeping;
• Perform free/initial legal consultations and paid legal consultations;
• Lead meeting with clients and address all their questions & concerns.

This is a full-time and permanent position.
