This family hired us to do the Will for their elderly mom. 2 years after the Will was signed, the mom passed away.
This means that most of the mom’s assets would be frozen and cannot be accessed. So, we immediately submitted the Will we completed for them, along with a 30 pages application form, to the Estate Court to unfreeze the inheritance. The Court concluded that the Will is valid (it satisfies the 8 requirements for a valid Will) and issued the approval certificate.
The family is overjoyed and is now selling their estate property (owned by the mom), which we can also close for them. They really enjoy our expertise and one-stop-shop services.
