For many families, selling an estate property fast is important, because there is  no one to take care of that property – during this time the property may become damaged and loses its value. Also, the executor may need the sale proceeds ASAP to pay for any estate debts and taxes.

Unfortunately, if the title to the property is not held as Joint Tenants, the executor and beneficiaries require formal Court documents before they can transfer ownership or sell the property. This was the case for many of our clients.

Fortunately, with our expertise and experience, we got the Court approval documents for our clients within two months! With that, we transferred the property to the executor so our clients can sell the property. They sold it within a week and we also closed the property sale for them!

The clients were very happy with the quick turnaround. They were also delighted that we took care of their Wills & Estates and Real Estates needs together.
